I placed one order through my account (Scarlet Street) and then another through Google checkout anonymously. How will they know which google checkout orders are multiples? Are they going to cancel all orders done through google checkout?

Google will submit orders to Deepdiscount - when you see multiple orders with same delivery address and a coupon promotion on the order, out they go

in the order to fulfillment process, once an order is payment validated and goes into fulfillment stage, companies that don't employ complex workflows have no control over the status with shipping being the only option and then a return being the customer option. Whether DD was BSing you there or not, I can't tell but it is possible in the system. If an order is in the Order Review stage still, they can reject the order there with a Cancel status and send it back to Google which will then issue the refund on the transaction because Google still has not sent the money to DD.

It would be nice if they at least honored the first order, and cancelled the remaining ones. As they're such a disorganized company, perhaps my order(s) will squeak through anyway.

The first approach is the one they should take to give the benefit of doubt to the customer. But like you said, if its all going to be based on manual decisions, there's a chance you might get all or none.

A year or 2 ago. They still offer free shipping on orders over $15. I got free shipping because my order was $15 before the coupon.

Ordered SCARLET STREET Blu under my own name and home address.

Ordered LADY FOR A DAY under my gf's name and work address, but billing address is the same as mine. I wonder if they'll catch that and cancel it?

LADY is a significant upgrade from the old IMAGE SD which suffered from more than a few issues. But no way am I getting rid of the case which had far superior original ad art than the Blu cover. SCARLET SD also used original ad art, but so does the Blu. Neither is great art, so I will probably just sell the SD.

Might've gotten lucky. Placed 4 order on 4 different accounts and 2 shipped and 2 says open still, but who knows how accurate that info is though. Never bothered with google checkout. Just used different cards.

DD appears to have mostly targeted the Google Checkout orders when canceling orders. People with multiple accounts whom made a single order on each account all had their orders go through.
